HOW DOES PICKUP / DELIVERY WORK?
We’ve made ordering with us super easy! Simply add your Sweetly goodies to your cart, click onto cart and select the date you would like your cookies delivered / picked up.
Please note that pickups are available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only and deliveries are Thursdays only. Should you need them for a speific date please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accomodate.
From there, leave the rest to us! All cookies are made fresh to order, so we’ll be in touch on the day once they’re ready. If you need your order for a specific time, please don’t hesitate to email, DM, or contact us — we’re always happy to accommodate 🤍
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE COOKIES?
All of our cookies are baked fresh to order. Cookies will stay fresh wrapped or an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
For extended shelf life, cookies can be refrigerated or frozen — just be sure to thaw at room temp before microwaving and serving.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! We deliver 35kms from Balcatta 6021. Check out our delivery options and pricing on the checkout page - we are in the process of extending our delivery radius so please stay tuned!
Where are your COOKIES manufactured?
All Sweetly products are manufactured in our commercial kitchen located in Wangara.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup locations vary depending on the day and time, and will be from either Wangara or Balcatta.
